JRW Design Co. was born from a deep love of family, nostalgia, and the kind of magic that lingers long after you leave the parks.

I’ve always loved home decor. As a kid, I’d wander the aisles of our local art festival in awe—dreaming of one day making pieces that felt just as special. In college, I finally took the leap. I set up at that same festival over Labor Day weekend in 2011, hoping to help with expenses while in school. I spent all summer preparing. Once I started creating, I couldn’t stop.

To this day, I still get that same spark of joy when a new idea comes to life. And when I see those signs styled in your homes? It feels like a little extra bit of pixie dust.

Our work is park-inspired, but even more than that—it’s people-inspired. The kind of people who made the magic real for us. My grandparents took us to Orlando any chance they got. My grandma called Magic Kingdom Mickey’s House, and I’ll never forget the way she lit up at Chef Mickey. Taking her one last time as an adult is a memory I’ll always hold close.

That spark is what fuels everything we do.

And while I may design the signs, Brenda—my mom—is the glue of this operation. She assembles each piece with care, heart, and a whole lot of patience. JRW Design Co. wouldn’t be what it is without her.
