Shop Policies

Thank you so much for shopping JRW Design Co. Please see our policies below:

1. If you check out multiple times, shipping will not be refunded. Please make sure to check out once when you are ready.
2. If items are damaged or lost during shipping, we require you to file for the insurance through the USPS. As soon as the claim is funded, we will remake the item. We are a small shop and all items are handmade. We do not just have extra on standby. 
3. All sales a final. 
4. Shipping is estimated to take 3-4 weeks from the time an order is placed. If it is within this timeframe, please do not reach out asking for an update. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible.
